Meet your attorney

Twelve years of careful conveyancing.

Bronwyn Jade Butt founded the practice on a simple principle — every client deserves the personal attention of a qualified attorney & conveyancer, not a clerk passing files between desks.

My approach

Property law, handled personally.

I started this practice because I was tired of watching boutique service disappear into large-firm bureaucracy. Property is the biggest financial decision most people will ever make, and yet so often clients felt like a file number, not a person.

That's why I do this differently. When you instruct me to handle your transfer, you get me — not a junior, not a paralegal, not a rotating series of "candidate attorneys". I draft your documents, I lodge at the deeds office, I phone you with updates, and when something needs solving, I solve it.

The result, for our clients, is a smoother process. For estate agents we work with, it's a conveyancer they can recommend with confidence. And for me, it's the kind of practice I always wanted to build.

What we stand for

The values that shape every matter.

Five principles aren't a marketing exercise — they're the working standards every transaction is measured against.

01

Integrity

Honest advice from the first phone call. Transparent quotes, no hidden fees, and a candid view of risks before you sign anything.

02

Excellence

Documents drafted properly the first time. Twelve years of experience means fewer rejections at the deeds office and fewer surprises along the way.

03

Client satisfaction

Estate agents, sellers, and buyers all kept in the loop. You'll know exactly where your matter sits at every stage.

04

Efficiency

Fast, predictable turnaround times. We move when the work needs moving — no chasing required.

05

Attention to detail

Every clause, every figure, every signature — checked twice. In conveyancing, the small things are everything, and we treat them that way.
